10 Days Hajj Package 2025

1. Bookings will only be confirmed after grant of Haj 2025 Registration and allocation of Haj Quota from Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.
2. GST & TCS Taxes applicable on the tour cost.
3. Hotels, Flights Schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Under any circumstances Hotels are subject to change, in such condition hotel of similar category will be provided.
5. Tour Operator is not responsible for the loss of luggage.
6. No reductions in package cost for child or infant
7. Original passports must be submitted for Haj visa endorsement by the deadline date communicated by the office.
8. Services in Mina and Arafat are completely provided by the Saudi Government and are subject to change without prior notice.

1. Rs 4,00,000/ per pilgrim must be paid to confirm booking
2. Balance amount to be paid in installments as per the given schedule
3. Pay by NEFT/RTGS or Cheque favoring “Makkah Haj Corporation”

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is canceled as per schedule below.

1. 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the Hajj Package Rate, If the booking is canceled after 15^th March 2025.
2. 100% cancellation fee will be levied if booking is canceled after haj visa endorsement.
