  1. Passport: Indian Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel having minimum 2 blank pages.

NOTES
  1. Flight Tickets cost will be additional as per airline fare at the time of tickets booking
  2. GST 5% and TCS 5% will be charged additionally on the tour cost
  3. Hotel rooms are standard Double Bed rooms. Incase of Triple and Quad, extra Cot/bed will be adjusted in the same room 
  4. Only Breakfast included in base package cost. Lunch & Dinner supplements are optional and will be charged separately as specified
  5. Under any circumstances Hotels are subject to change, in such condition hotel of similar category will be provided
  6. Original passports must be submitted for Umrah visa endorsement at least 14 days before departure date
BOOKING POLICY
  1. Rs 50,000 per pilgrim must be paid to confirm booking
  2. Balance amount must be settled two weeks before departure
  3. Pay by NEFT/RTGS or Cheque favoring “Makkah Haj Corporation”
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • 100% Cancellation Fee (NO REFUND) if booking is cancelled after visa stamping or if passenger is unable / restricted to travel due to any reason.
